Baby led weaning

dear all,

it was so nice too see you all. We've talked about baby led weaning and i've promessed you a good article by Jill Rapley, she wrote a paper about how she thinks how solides should be offered too baby's. you can find it here http//www.borstvoeding.com/voedselintroductie/blw/engels.html

We also talked about quick healty meals. A lot of mums uses their pasta/pizza or lasagna saus for "hidding" the veggies.

If your child likes pies you could make mashed patatoes with all kind of veggies. My child likes a bit of meat in it, bacon for example. But if your child adores nuts, why don't you try a bit nuts trough the "pie".

"children do not grow because of what they eat; they eat because they are growing."
